Taiwan Milk Oolong made from the Jin Xuan cultivar is a delicacy that is prized by tea lovers the world over for its soft, sweet and creamy taste.

This special, rolled ball oolong from Nantou County is, most importantly, entirely natural. However, the style has become so popular that some producers do add milk flavouring to replicate the flavour.

It is the tea variety (Jin Xuan) combined with special soil conditions, altitude and production methods that give this tea its renowned attributes.

While steeping, the loosely balled leaves unfurl to yield a mild, roasted aromatic, smooth and mellow infusion that’s light bodied with sweet cream and floral notes. The mouthfeel is silky.
Native to Taiwan, which was named by the Dutch traders as Formosa, or beautiful island, it remains the only region in the world that produces the tea.
